Sen lines are energy channels that run through every person. Think of them as linking organs with the musculoskeletal structure of the body and taking into account the mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing of a person. These sen lines are balanced in the practice of Thai yoga massage. The muscles and tendons receive pressure and stretch and release to earn the trust of the body and person in order to allow a deeper release of tension, deeper relaxation, and deeper letting go of unhelpful patterns of holding that stop us from experiencing a bliss state of aliveness.
