Materials Release Clause

By submitting this form, I acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. I confirm that the quote and any accompanying materials I submit (collectively referred to as “Submitted Materials”) are my original work, and I have the legal right to share and grant usage rights for these materials.

2. I hereby grant angelagailjames.com and associated entities, including The Divine Feminine at Work: Gifts and Values for Women Entrepreneurs card deck project (collectively referred to as “The Project”), a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, reproduce, publish, distribute, and modify the Submitted Materials in all formats and mediums, including but not limited to print, digital, and promotional materials.

3. I understand that my name, business name (if applicable), and/or professional title may be credited alongside the Submitted Materials where appropriate, at the discretion of The Project.

4. I waive any right to inspect or approve the final product(s) incorporating my Submitted Materials, including the card deck, marketing content, or associated materials.

5. I understand that my contribution does not entitle me to any financial compensation, royalties, or ownership rights in the final product(s).

6. I release Angela Gail James and her associated entities from any liability related to the use of the Submitted Materials in accordance with this agreement.

7. I understand that submission of this form constitutes my full agreement to these terms, and this release is binding upon me, my heirs, legal representatives, and assigns.

By submitting this form, I confirm that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this Materials Release Clause.
