Pricing, Deposit & Cancellation Policy
Session details and pricing will be quoted based on the information provided in this form and the specific needs of your group. To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit is required, which will be applied toward the total session cost.

If you need to make changes or cancel your session, please do so at least 1 week in advance where possible. Cancellations made within 1 week of the scheduled session will result in the deposit being forfeited. I understand that life happens, so I’ll always do my best to accommodate rescheduling requests with care and flexibility.
