I’m just curious — I love watching nail content and dream about doing it one day.

How important is flexibility and freedom in your future career?

It's not important to me, I love having a boss and just doing my job and then finishing for the day!

I like the idea of the freedom and flexibility but it's a bit daunting going out on your own.

It’s a huge reason I want to build a nail career — my own hours, my own clients.

I have to have flexibility and freedom, it's more important to me than the income!

I don’t even know where to start.
