Check-ins might feel repetitive sometimes, but they’re one of the most powerful tools for accountability and consistency. They help us track patterns, celebrate progress, and make the tweaks that keep you moving forward.

You can message me any time in the app, and you’re welcome to send a voice note if that feels easier - ideally as an addition to this form. The more honest and open you are here, the more I can tailor your plan to help you get the best results.
